TERMS & CONDITIONS - WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must new, be unworn and unwashed and must have all tags attached.

Queen the Label clothing returns are posted at customers own cost . Please retain your registered postage receipt, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Queen The Label.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Please note change of mind and wrong size returns must be within 30 days of receiving them. Please note all items must be as "new", tags attached, unworn and unwashed and in their original packaging. ‘Like a Queen’ books are unable to be returned.

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 4 business days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. Banks take 5-7 days to process credited refunds, your will receive an email from Team Queen as soon as your refund has been processed.If you have not been received a refund email within 4 business days of the tracking arrival please email us at orders@likeaqueen.com.au a queen and we will follow through with your request. Please email in with your LAQ order number and proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?

As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

 

DO YOU REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE?

We're sorry but we are unable issue refund as the postage has already been paid .We may provide a postage credit when the Queen the Label item is faulty or damaged

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes we exchange your wrong size/style via store credit. Simply shop online and apply your store credit to re order your preferred item, To return an item, please follow the steps stated in ‘HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?’

GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR RETURN

Please email us at orders@likeaqueen.com.au with one of the below categories as the subject heading. Please provide information regarding your return / exchange for review by our Queen Team

Poor quality / Faulty

Please provide details regarding the quality or fault, you will then be contacted by our Queen Team and may be provided with a return label.

Once we receive your item, we will post you another free of charge, exact size and colour item will be sent. This cannot be changed.

RETURN LABEL MAY BE PROVIDED,

A new item will be dispatched upon receiving your poor quality item

 

Change of Mind/Not suitable returns

Returns are processed as STORE CREDIT, BUYER PAYS POSTAGE

Item must be new, not be worn, with all tags attached back in its original packaging. Once your item/s are received and processed you will be issued your STORE CREDIT valued to the total purchase price without postage. Store credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue

 

Incorrect item received

We may ask for photographs. This will need to be emailed to us at orders@likeaqueen.com.au along with order number and return number.

FREE RETURN LABEL WILL BE PROVIDED upon approved Incorrect size sent returns.

As soon as return item is processed your replacement item we will issued and email notification will accompany tracking email for shipment sent.

 

Parcel damaged on arrival

We may ask for photographs, please note all Queen the Label are sent via registered mail. Please email orders@likeaqueen.com.au with photo's of damaged parcel to fasten the returns process.

FREE RETURN LABEL MAY BE PROVIDED.

We may ask you to return your item a new order will be dispatched

 

Others (Please specify in additional notes) Example - Item never Arrived

We understand that sometimes there are issues outside the norm, so use this option and provide a detailed description for review by our Team Queen. Please check the tracking on your parcel, we send all Queen the Label Items via registered mail, if you are not home for signed delivery often the Item is at your local post office awaiting your pick-up.
