  • The waistband has up to 18cms of stretch. Never size up! If in any doubt, size down according to how tight you want the waistband to fit.
  • The smaller the size, the shorter the skirt length- another reason to size down if needed. (Check the sizing chart for all measurements)
  • Post your selfie to social media and hashtag #likeaqueen or #mumtum. Can’t wait to see your glorious pics!

"I made my first Mum Tum skirt years ago, because I couldn't find a skirt with a waist band thick enough to flatter my tummy.

I carry all my weight on my tummy and after kids it's particularly soft. Bohemian, flowing skirts and dresses are my favourite staple, but my options were running out. Everything I tried on was cutting into me and limited which tops I could wear.

My weight fluctuates a ridiculous amount, so any skirts with a zip or button will fit me one day and I'm dreaming the next.

Since making my first one, I went on to make six more and have lived in them ever since.

Eventually I asked my mate who could actually sew to make them for me.  Now I'm sharing the flattering bohemian skirts with Queens everywhere. They don't discriminate, they suit and flatter all types of bodies."

Thanks for all of your support. Con xxx

Constance was insistent on creating only high quality clothing for her Mum Tum range, which is why it took so long from her idea to final production.

    Material:-
We chose to go with 100% viscose, a type of rayon which was basically the best performer. It's soft and smooth to the touch, and drapes very well which the cotton samples weren't doing quite as nicely. Best of all it has elasticity, important for comfort.

    Made in:-
The Mum Tum range is made in Sri Lanka. We looked at lots of options for production, first starting with Australia, then Bali and Vietnam before settling on Sri Lanka. Even though Sri Lanka wasnt the cheapest, we were drawn to it as it has a mature industry and produces fine garments for major retailers to high standards.
